Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure for Academic Year 2024-2025

Admission is only on MERIT.

There is no DONATION or CAPITATION FEE for admission.

RECOMMENDATION from any quarter whatsoever will not be entertained.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-23 AGE LIMIT FOR ADMISSION Jr.KG – Entry Class – A child born between 01-10-2018 and 30-09-2019 (3 years of age as on 01-04-2022)

1.On 14.02.2022, the Online Registration will open at 7.35 a.m.onwards

2.You are required to keep ready a scanned copy of the child’s/student’s Birth Certificate in “.jpeg” format (Image size between 500 KB and 1800 KB) for uploading.

3.On 07.03.2022 at 11.00 a.m. the Registration Status and the follow up process will be uploaded to the website.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-23 SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION PROCESS

Registration

A Call letter will be uploaded to the Website for the short-listed candidates on 08.03.2022 at 11.00 a.m.

Both the father and the mother must be present for an informal interaction on the date as mentioned in the Call letter.

Entrance examination

The registered candidates for Grade 1-IX are required to attend the Entrance Examination scheduled on 13.03.2022.

The selection process will be based on the academic performance of the candidates.

Parents’ Meeting Pre.KG &J.KG

The parents of all the registered candidates are required to attend the Meeting scheduled on 7.03.2022 as per the time mentioned in the Call letter.

SM1 – V

The parents of the selected candidates are required to attend the Meeting scheduled on 16.03.2022 along with their ward, as per the time mentioned in the Call letter.

Grade VI-IX

The parents of the selected candidates are required to attend the Meeting scheduled on 16.03.2022 along with their ward, as per the time mentioned in the Call letter.

Admission

For all those parents who attend the Parents’ Meeting, the Admission Call letter will be uploaded on the same day

NOTE:

The Entrance Test and the Parents’ Meeting will be conducted conforming to COVID-19 precautions and the directions issued by the Government.
