To facilitate a smooth withdrawal process, the following rules apply:
- A written application for withdrawal must be submitted to the Principal at least one month in advance.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after:
- Clearance of all outstanding dues (including tuition and transport fees).
- Payment of the Transfer Certificate fee:
- ₹100 for original TC
- ₹150 for a duplicate TC (if needed)
